This application is very useful for ticket management in our organization using Raiseticket software! I like its simplicity compared with other applications we tried during our project selection process.Raise at Ticket has everything you would want from your ticketing system including an integrated Help Desk which provides live chat support to customers. It was one of the best products because it’s simple, user friendly, well organized and the price can be affordable in many cases. There are few downsides I don't think needs mentioning but if they exist then they're not important enough to stop me from recommending this product or service. So far so good I haven' t noticed any inconvenience. With this tool everything becomes easier and more efficient as tickets received by staff members can easily handle as well as resolved with ease keeping an eye over their progress. All clients including online users have access to all info about tickets such us due dates; status update & comments made through various channels like emails, Chat room etc I like how you can create tickets for your customers easily, and the customer service is great as well. It's easy to get started with Raisaticket, and it's a great way to keep track of all of your ticket requests. I dislike that sometimes the system doesn't work properly, and the support team seems to be unable to fix this. Try it out! It helps keep track of all of our ticket requests, and it's very user friendly.
