The most helpful feature for me is that it keeps my clients up-to date with any changes I have made in therapy sessions or treatments as well has keeping them updated about upcoming appointments! I like that it is very easy for my caseworkers with different agencies/departments in our agency system (CASL) or even outside CASI providers who are not using this software yet! It's also great when you have multiple cases going at once because some features allow me as admin access so they can see what other staff members need help doing too without having them log into another program etc.. I love that this is able to be accessed from my smart phone so easily! It helps me stay more connected with all aspects of our program, especially when it comes time for in-person visits at our therapy center (which are very costly).
