Ranger Distress Mini Ink Kit Review

Ranger Distress paints are great water based inks - very versatile. I prefer to buy mini inks because they are easier to store and take with me when planting. A round stamp pad can easily be stowed underneath.

I love Tim HoLtz Distress Ink. The mini size is perfect for specific projects and they come in stunning colors. You can use watercolor, vintage look, aged, ink transfers, stencils, photo toning, folding and so on. There are endless ideas for which this ink is perfect. I highly recommend this product.

Bought a set of these and they arrived almost dry. I asked for replacements and they were dry too. I have contacted rangers about this to see if they can tell me how old they are. I was told the code says they were from August 18th, which didn't strike me as old, but Ranger said they might be dry if storage temp wasn't ideal. The only solution is to buy an ink reactivator. So my purchase cost a lot more than expected and the reactivator has yet to be ordered.

I have all the mini inks and love them! They are excellent for screen printing and card making. None of mine have dried up.
