Case is great, HDMI works but USB adapter doesn't work and now I have to order an adapter. This is why I bought this suitcase to have all the items I need at once, so its inoperability makes this item a worthless purchase. Unfortunately it's not worth returning as I used a heatsink so I'm spending the money to buy another adapter. The case fits great and unlike other reviews, it has SD card access.

Numerous issues with this product. Buyers need to know before buying.1. Wrong. The small plastic pins inside the case are slightly misaligned. This means that not all 4 racks will fit properly on the Pi Zero board. I've confirmed this by trying three Pi Zero boards I've bought in the last two years. They all had the same problem.2. I took a Banana Pi M2 Zero (imagine a 1GHz Raspberry Pi 3a+ in the Raspberry Pi Zero form factor) and tried to fit it into the Office Raspberry Pi Zero case W (red and white), but the Banana Pi The M2 Zero is slightly thicker than the Raspberry Pi Zero W, so that wasn't possible. I was looking for other suitcases with accessories and came across this one. Even if the Banana Pi M2 Zero doesn't fit, the accessories look useful. I didn't realize it could be mounted but it has a small bracket on the back. Uses this as part of a sprinkler control system. EASY access to GPIO pins (as shown).

The cover is very cheap. It doesn't hold the Pi securely. The SD card cannot be removed without opening the case. When unscrewing, a significant amount of plastic is pulled out. I expect to only be able to open/close the case a few times before the screws fail. The combination of this and removing the SD gives 1 star for the case. The rest of the kit works perfectly hence 2 stars.

Bought two more after the first. I'm stuffing in a GPS receiver and real-time clock to create a simple NTP server using RPi-Zero_W.

Wrong size circuit board causing many problems including broken camera connector! The Pi Zero W moves inside the case, which detaches the HDMI and power connectors. If you hold them and try to connect the camera, the camera connector is definitely very weak and easy to break. I don't think I will buy this again.

Perfect - Comes with all parts pictured and described plus 4 screws to hold the entire case securely around the Pi Zero. The only reason I chose this case over others was the extra wall mount screw hole on the back. While it included all the screws and fasteners for literally anything you could use, it didn't include a screw for it (for good reason, as some people choose screws and other drywall anchors), but that's not a problem - just get a small beveled pan head screw.
