I ordered them, they arrived last night, I opened them this morning. So disappointed. I didn't know they were so small. I will order bigger ones, hopefully they are better for me. I don't know what to do with it. I'm not sure if our student can have his own pair of scissors and I'm pretty sure my colleagues don't want those little things.

I carry it in my crochet bag to cut yarn and it's perfect for that. It was a bit strange to use at first. Two small plastic wires extend from the base and that's where you put your fingers to pull the blades apart. The wires are a bit flimsy so I wouldn't use them for large crafts or lots of repetitive cuts. Ideal for trimming small things. A lot smaller than I thought they would be, but that's ok.
