The price point is really the only downside to these fans (and you should also be aware that the RGB is only on the intake side). You'd be hard pressed to find more expensive fans. You do get quality for the price, though; they're a great balance of build quality/air pushed/sound/RGB.Without RGB I think the Noctua NFS12 Redux or Noctua NF-A12x25 PWM are superior. The bottom line here is that these are up to the Razer standard - they are good quality, well-made and they perform. They move a solid amount of air for their size/RPM and seem like thy'll last a long while. They're easy to install and they come with both rubber pull through mounts (for vibration dampening) and screws for a more solid mounting. My product came without a serial number. I can’t register the product and razer support is not helpful so far because they ask for mor a serial number to create a case. Make sure you check your box for a serial number before installing. Will save you the 2-3 hours I spent taking my fan out to replace this one and set up my computer only for it not to be able to be registered. These Razer Kunai Hydraulic 120MM Fans are another high quality Razer product. My son is building his computer and used these fans in his build. They run great and move a lot of air. Overall noise level is ok, they can be a bit loud but not an issue with us. They have all of the Razer Chroma RGB functionality - they look great! Quality, premium fans at a premium cost point.

These are good fans to have if you are looking to make you desktop an RGB lightshow. I used this with my razer controller and the fan works great with my my desktop. The fans looks great.
