Love it! Looks great!

I used this pre assembled lift kit on my 2006 Ford Expedition 4x4. I will warn you that if your racks are rusty expect all four to be replaced. Installation is much easier than removing old racks. FYI you need a four wheel camber.

Happy with my purchase.

I'm impressed by how much this has changed my expedition. The front installation was a bit tricky and it took me an extra hand to install it. The back was very easy and it took me about 2 hours to install all four. I'm not a mechanic but if you can read and understand the instructions then so can you.

Pros
  • Highly rated by testers for support and durability
Cons
  • Expensive

Great elevator. Ease of installation.

Easy to install and looks great. No problem. A note for those reading the reviews. Ignore the other reviewer who said it wasn't the advertised height and showed a picture of a tape measure next to the spacer. The spacer size was spot on due to the suspension geometry to achieve the advertised height. Excellent price.

Pros
  • Slim design
Cons
  • Expandable

Not very impressed with this one

Not very impressed with this one. The first spacer I installed on the rear, when trying to tighten the nut, one of the pressed-in bolts fell out, which is so annoying, by the way. With the bolt out of the way, Guard was unable to loosen the nut to drop the post and try to tighten the standoff. I had to cut it off and replace the bolt and I didn't bother with the rest of the bolts lest they come out during installation. I suggest not using the locknuts that come with the kit. Take regular nuts…

Pros
  • Very good value for money
Cons
  • Ok

Almost perfect, poor quality control.

This kit is an economical way to increase ground clearance to fit larger tires. I didn't need it, but used it on my 2008 Expedition to add a few inches front and rear to allow for more wheel arch clearance with larger tires. The car fit 285/70/R17 without kit. An extremely frustrating issue with this kit was that they sent the wrong hardware that was incompatible with their own kit. Lift spacers use M10x1.25 bolts. Half of the nuts included in the kit were incompatible and of course this was…

You don't have to be a mechanic to just install the mechanical tilt

Installed this lift in the driveway of my 2wd 03 Eddie Bauer isn't a certified mechanic but I took mechanical tilt from the start around Finishing around 4 hours by taking shortcuts during installation I feel I saved some time but perhaps the instructions weren't a bit handy as I needed pictures to look at when I thought I had it screwed up a couple of times (there are photos). Pretty 3/2 I have some Kali Lin, not a big fan of it but maybe I'll get used to it. The price was really good. I…

Great lift set! best lift and suspension kits

I've been wanting to install a lift kit on my 2016 Ford Expedition EL for a while, but have been waiting to be ready to swap out the struts as well. I had just over 150,000 miles on my truck and decided it was about time so I purchased a ReadyLift 3/2 kit to install on my truck. I installed them on all 4 corners on the KYB Strut-Plus spool and strut assemblies. I've done some limited suspension work in the past and consider myself mechanically inclined, although I'm by no means a pro. I found…

Pros
  • Constant test results
Cons
  • Hard to say

Read this review and learn from my experience before you buy!

Wow what a project! (I'm still not sure if the project is finished :/). READ THIS AND NOTE, LEARN FROM MY EXPERIENCE! I have a 2013 Ford Expedition EL. In terms of ride height, it was EXACTLY what I was hoping for. Not too high, not too low. The goal was simply to get a little ground clearance from the "feeding" height that the stock provided. I actually have to use the stairs to get in now. As soon as I get new tires next year I will switch to the 285/70-18 size to fill the wheel arches…

Pros
  • Handsfree
Cons
  • Very expensive
