Works perfectly. You need to set it up in advance

Works great. You must install them before going outside. The day before I had inflated a tire to 12psi and loosened the top. I then put the deflator on the valve stem and tightened the top so no air could be heard. I tightened the lock nut on the top and removed it. I tested this twice on a different tire and it successfully dropped to 12psi. I then repeated the process with all 4 tire deflators and marked with a marker from top to bottom in case each was unscrewed or adjusted. I always check…

They're a bit finicky, but seem to work pretty well.

As my name suggests, they're a bit finicky, but once you type them in, they seem pretty accurate. A tip would be to use some blue Loctite on the threads once you have them where you want them as the locking ring seems to be quite loose. So the way these things work is that you have to do everything by trial and error. until the pressure drops to the desired level. Once you've done that, install the locking ring and the next time you screw it in they will depressurize to that value, so it's best

Reviews of experienced SUVs about these

mech. You don't stop the air delivery until it's completely removed from the tire or until you stop it. The automatic mode sounded like a big improvement, but it takes a little time and a few pre-sessions of tweaking it to be accurate. Once calibrated, you can get them to stop within a tenth of a psi of your target air pressure. I set them almost perfectly at 11psi on my 4900lb Jeep with 37" tires. Air pressure drops from 25 psi to 11 psi in about a minute to 1.25 minutes. The processing…

Good product! Works as intended.

I had nothing to compare it to but I heard from another SUV friend that this type of product existed so I searched and settled on it. They're easy to use once you understand how they work. You are pretty accurate. After calibrating one of these to my desired tire pressure I just used it and switched to all 4 tires making them all the same. You can also calibrate all 4 and then use them all at the same time. OR. If you want a set of them to be calibrated at different pressures you can find a way

Pros
  • Absolute Legend
Cons
  • Not the best

I bought the set in January and one of the deflators didn't work properly. It wouldn't stop the deflation by letting one of my tires deflate too much (almost flat). I contacted the company and it was great working with them. A replacement was provided and installation was painless, quick and they work great! I drop the 35 x 12.5 x 15 from 35 to about 18 psi with no problem. Pros: Easy to set up - with the right amount of pressure - follow the directions to the letter and don't try to be smarter

Pros
  • This is amazing
Cons
  • There is a negative result

Good prices on tools and equipment

Let me start by saying I have never used better versions of these and this was my first attempt at using an auto emptier. I pre-set all 4 houses to 18psi before going to the beach and setting it to the desired pressure is very simple and easy. Their bodies appear to be well built and the spring seems strong enough to last a long time. When I used them they worked properly and let air out, but I had to watch them when the tires went off. One stuck about 10 pounds over the set pressure and I had…

Worked as expected -

First it's a USER ERROR - or I like to call it an old EYE DEE Ten Tee bug - ID 10 T bug. What was interesting to me is that you screw them in all the way - unscrew them until they fall off, find where the screw attaches and turn clockwise 6 times, then I screwed them onto the tires and they worked like clockwork. 6 turns gave me 15psi - then I loosened them up a bit and I got 10psi which was great for me. I live in PNW and we just had a HUGE amount of snow in Seattle. My Tacoma and BFG 10psi…

So far so good - tools and gear

I made the mistake of not setting it on target before leaving home so I had to set it to Trail. Note that the deflator mechanism is a little clumsy at times, although not accurate. Even though I adjusted/drained it to 15psi on the first day, it only went up to 17psi on the second day. I had to open the valve and deflate for about 5 seconds before the tire pressure dropped to 15. Luckily my jeep has a tire pressure monitoring system so someone was in the car watching the PSI drop. It could have…
