I would give it 10 stars for customer service and a solid 5 for the deflators

I bought the set in January and one of the deflators didn't work properly. It wouldn't stop the deflation by letting one of my tires deflate too much (almost flat). I contacted the company and it was great working with them. A replacement was provided and installation was painless, quick and they work great! I drop the 35 x 12.5 x 15 from 35 to about 18 psi with no problem. Pros: Easy to set up - with the right amount of pressure - follow the directions to the letter and don't try to be smarter than the manufacturer. Fast to use. Good coverage. Seems to be of great quality gear to blow air on board.
