I replaced the OEM kit and these mirrors seemed fine until I installed them. The stem flex on these mirrors is significantly less than the originals, so they point up instead of being almost parallel to the handlebars. I couldn't bend them any further so they went into the trash can. It's a shame because they seem to be quite well made.

The quality of these mirrors is borderline. You do the work. They will work with a variety of mirror stand threads (your manufacturer may vary). They adapt quite well. I would describe the size as just sufficient. If you want quality stuff like Rizoma, you have to pay Rizoma money. They seem pretty light and quite fragile, but who knows, they can last a long time.

This is AMAZING! I installed them on my 2009 DL650 Vstrom and love the look. I'm not sure if they reduced the buffeting but they might be. They fit perfectly and did I mention AMAZING! Yes, I am very glad I bought them. Slightly lower pitch than the factory originals, but doesn't lose anything. They're sharp until you get really faster speeds and then you can see some blur. If you have Vstrom, you know the vibe. For the price you can't go wrong. Highly recommended.

I installed them on my 2012 V-strom and they fit fine. I actually had to twist the collar that holds the mirror bar in place so it doesn't move on its own and that seems to have helped.
