🧣 Stay Warm in Style with RED HEART Heat Wave Yarn in Seaweed Shade Review

A little upset when I received this. I thought I would buy color change yarn. Instead, I ended up with a supposedly warmer yarn. I don't know how it works because I know that even if I leave cheap yarn in the sun it gets hot. But I'm not a scientist either, I'm just a customer crazy enough to spend $8 on yarn.

This yarn is very stiff and bright red. I just finished the hat, hood and mittens project. I bought it because one of my daughters is always cold when she walks her dog. I thought the solar properties would be a plus so I bought it online. It feels cheap and scratchy. Because it's so stiff, the hood needs to be pushed into place, not draped.
