Works like a charm. I don't know what happened to the old one, but this one went through no problem and cost a lot less than the dealer.

These were the only ones I could find at the time. They are about 1/8 inch longer than the factory doors, making the doors harder to close. They are also a little harder to insert than the factory ones.

Once fitted the bumpers worked well and matched the original bumpers. However, installing them was a difficult task. I had to lubricate the part that goes in the hole with a small amount of WD-40 and then press very hard with a rod (I used a hex wrench).

They are a bit smaller than the OEMs that came with my 2017 Escape, but what is the difference, 1/32" vs 1/16"? In the photos I am holding a replacement on the front door on the driver's side instead of the original. My passenger door bumper was missing and this replacement works just as well as the original as it is hidden by the large rubber bumper on the car. No complaints. Bought because my doors in my 2009 Ford Ranger XL wobbled a lot off-road. It looked like they were about to fall. Bought these replacement parts. As you can see in my attached picture they are not a perfect replacement for an OEM part. The upper bumper on the door fits but the lower bumper on the door is wedge shaped and longer than the ones I bought here. I replaced them with new ones anyway. I also found that the part of the insert that sits in the hole in the door on one of them was deformed
