I use them to order items at work. I prefer the old-school analog style as I can build on a weekly basis and spot trends quickly.

I've been using one of these every year since I was 10 years old. Lots of space, perforation saves time when writing down names and I always have extra space at the back. I use this to add phone lists, apartments, parents contacts, etc. I've really outperformed mine every year and haven't had any problems with cracking or coiling (even when I accidentally flatten one).

It has its pros and cons but overall I like this grade book. The spiral works better than Ward's textbooks because it's larger. Its sides are not intertwined. Its large squares can hold up to three points, and that was useful. I put multiple choice, short answer, total score and final grade in one box. The downside is that the paper is thin and the highlight is translucent.

I am a high school teacher and although all attendance and grades are kept online these days I still use it as an attendance record (especially when there are fire drills or subs ).
