. I just bought the product and I hate it more by the minute

I can't block the product no matter what I do. Either the lock is broken or I'm using it incorrectly. However, since I can't find any instructions or troubleshooting guides, I can't determine the source of my problem. So I was left with a product that freaked me out and ended up being a waste of my money. I will avoid the Reese brand in all future purchases.

Pros
  • Tow Bar Accessories
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for elderly

Complete garbage! Left me in the field!

The trailer safety device works, but is difficult to use. I used a receiver lock to hold my winch and guess what, when I got stuck and had to move the winch front to back, the lock was rusty, wouldn't turn, a cheap junk key broke in half. had to ask a mate to bring me my cordless sander to cut it off, which cut it in under 30 seconds so the steel can't be very hard.

Pros
  • External accessories
Cons
  • Negative impression

Complete nonsense. It is very difficult to get the clutch lock.

Completely nonsensical. It is very difficult to catch the clutch lock. Very dangerous. I've had dozens of hitch locks and this is the WORST. My wife eventually got the campsite owner to wear it and he had a rough time. I told her to tug on it again to make sure it stayed in place. Can you imagine your trailer pulling away from your car at 65 miles per hour on the interstate while you wait at home for your wife? The name REESE has become absolute nonsense for me. I'll throw it away when she gets
