They work great for my cats. The breakaway feature is firm enough that it won't come off with a light tug. The reflective stripe makes it easier to spot them at night. These cat collars were perfect for a stay who adopted is but won't stay inside. One broke away somewhere and the cat was uninjured. She hasn't caught any small mammals or birds since we put them on her. She did figure out how to bite the bell to get the inside not it so it wouldn't jingle anymore. She did this twice ina row so we put both bitten bells on together and they jingle against each other. Very pleased with this purchase!

I have an indoor/outdoor cat who was constantly losing his collars, so I got these! They work well and they don't breakaway too easily (he can't just scratch them off) but they will break if needed. Also the reflective strip doesn't rub away as easily as some other collars I've tried. And you get a nice selection of colors!The bells are also easy to take off, so we have an inside bell-less collar and an outside bell collar. If we ever run out I will buy these again!

The buckle just pulls apart but who dictates how much effort is needed to choke a cat before the buckle gives? Cute collars. Functional. They fit my adult cats and the kittens. The kittens are over 6 months though. But they were tiny. These fit and adjust well. In retrospect.the cat face clasp is not good. The ears on it are pointed plastic. I would think that it would poke them when they lie down. One did breakaway off of a kitten and I was able to find it! Usually they are lost outside in the backyard. I like the reflection on these. I can see the cats so much better now.

The reflective liner separates from the collar and the nylon frays faily bad. But the collars work but come loose if they scratch too hard. Outdoor cats will lose a lot of collars.

Love the fact that these are inexpensive but more than that - they breakaway when they are supposed to! Collars that dont break away can injure or kill a cat and these have a great tension break- they stay on until there is the right amount of force and then separate. I have bought 4 packs of these and am happy to keep getting them.
