Didn't last three months

I liked the price.I liked that it's a exact fit replacement.I dislike that it was 10x louder than the original pump.I really disliked that it only lasted three months before it failed.I really dislike that the company doesn't exist when you try to contact them about warranty replacement. Literally the company they claim to be is actually a high end home improvement business ,that doesn't sell cheap appliance parts.So they are just a cheap knockoff disguised as the real deal .Total junk.

Lasted less than 3 months

I was happy that my husband was able to fix my washer with $21, it was louder then the original one, but I just ignored it, but it lasted less than 3 months, now I need a replacement again, in my opinion it's not worth the effort to save a little money, buy something that lasts, if you have to pay double the price, at least you don't have to replace it every 3 months, it will save money in a long run to get a better one

Doesn’t last long - not guaranteed!

Worked like a champ for about 6 months. Then the plastic fin became loose and broke. Tried to contact seller and they have info for a completely different company listed on their contact. Buy from LG.

Pump did the job, worked and fit perfectly…For 11 months.Had to be replaced again.Do yourself a favor and pay the extra money and get the LG original replacement.

Straight forward. The drain pump on my washing machine had gotten too weak to push the water out of the machine.Bought this pump and is a direct fit.Be sure to note the arrangement of the power wires before disconnecting so that you know how to re connect them on the new unit.

Great product. Works fine. Installation is a pain haha.

I have a LG front loader that was shooting a "OE” code. Researching online shows that this code is for slow drain. I bought this pump and am completely satisfied. It looks like the OEM. Installation is hard because you have to remove the top, the control panel, the door rubber boot, and the front panel to access the pump in the bottom of the washer. Be very careful and take pictures as you disassemble, that will definitely help you later.The pump works great and at this price it is unbeatable.

Perfect fit in my review

Easy to install and fit perfectly. Second one purchased. Seems to last in my washer for about 5 years before something makes it’s way through the filter and breaks the impeller shaft. Not a bad price.

Worked for me, but only for 3 months

Longevity remains to be seen but it worked fine though it is seemingly a little noisier than the oemupdate Jan 18th, 2020 The noise I referred to suddenly got worse and after only 3 months it failed. No option to return I guess the return window with amazon is only 30 days. Advertised warranty of 180 days but who wants to do this every 3 months Save your time and money over the long haul and buy the OEM. The longevity I spoke of is not there.

Noisy pump in my review

Too much end play on impeller shaft, when it runs it drags on the pump housing and makes a loud noise, ordered a replacement and same problem, plus the pump is shipped in a cardboard box with no packing, replacement was broken when received, ordered an OEM and it works perfect. It is quiet and was shipped in a durable padded box.

Worked like a charm

Old impeller shaft stripped in the motor rotor. Epoxied it into place so we wouldn't be without a washer while I waited for this from ebay. New one showed up day after my glue job came loose. 10 minute install and we were back in business. Looks as good as original pump but only time will tell. However, for the price, I could buy two or three of these for what an original would cost. 6 screws and a clip and it's changed. Didn't even have to unhook any of the hoses. Great DIY project! on my review.

Our LG front load washer stopped draining water in the rinse cycle. Repair would have set us back a few hundred dollars. I must admit, there are a lot of steps getting to the pump, but ultimately a pretty easy project. My husband only helped with one of the screws because it seemed to be stuck. Turned out that I needed a larger screw driver. So, if I can replace a water pump on a washer as a female, anybody can! Just make sure you use a carton for the screws and write down where they go…
