The buttons are so sluggish that you have to press them multiple times before they do what you want. Just ordered a different model. Don't bother ordering that particular remote control.

As others have said, it is not the same as the photo and looks different than the original. But the real problem is that it doesn't send commands enough - you think it doesn't work or the batteries are dead, then it will work fine. Take OEM - it's not worth skimping on.

The remote worked fine on my TCL Roku TV, but the buttons are horrible, not tactile and hard to press. Works (+), but many repeated button presses (-). Buy it if you want a cheap replacement that works but isn't as good as the original TCL remote.

Slight design difference which normally doesn't matter much but as the pictures showed a very similar if not EXACT original design. We have a silicone case for an original controller that suddenly stopped working, but the case doesn't fit all the buttons, which is more annoying than anything.

not very happy with it. Generally, you need to open and close the battery case for it to work. as the battery on the left seems to be easily disconnected. The infrared window is very small and easily worn, making communication with the TV unreliable at best. First turned on and working. But in most cases this is an unreliable service. Luckily I bought an alternative brand that is better and works well with my TV.
