Wrong item. It turned out when I opened the factory sealed box after taking out the old one. The part I needed was listed on the box. The part number on the box had 2 digits backwards.

My alternator made a very loud noise when the engine was running, it was a stock alternator from '04 but eventually failed after 220,000 miles. Installing this generator was extremely easy. and the quality is excellent. It even comes with a generator bolt bolt.

As far as removing and replacing the alternator, the 2.4 liter Honda Accord is as easy as it gets! This Remy was a perfect fit and replacing the original unit made the battery indicator go away! It appears to be of good quality and runs quietly as a generator should! The output voltage is a little less than 14 volts. It works out

I bought this alternator for my '07 Accord and although Revane said it wouldn't fit my car, it did. The attached photos show that the alternator fits my car perfectly. It was really easy to install and now I don't have to worry about my alternator going out and leaving me stranded. I highly recommend this piece.

Having ordered this new alternator for next day delivery it arrives next day as advertised. But when I open it up and make sure it's right, I know the rebar is stuck! And in the box I find a verification report that many dyno tests were done and the generator was working. Luckily I was able to run across town and get it fixed. I no longer have to order car parts from Revain!
