I used them to fix my Droid Maxx phone and they worked great. All the tools I needed were in this set. Highly recommended for this renovation. The only other tool I used was a guitar pick to pry open the case. The medium or hard pickaxe is thinner than the tool in the set but more durable. In combination with a master key, the pickaxe masters the job without any problems.

I used them to repair the USB port on the Kindle Fire. I needed T3 and T4 torx screwdrivers. That worked without any problems. The magnetic tips were very helpful. I like the size and grip of the drivers. The plastic lever helped open the Kindle without breaking or scratching the Kindle. I specifically ordered this set to make the smaller Torx screwdrivers work on a smartphone. As you would expect based on the price, these are not high-end tools and I'm sure they probably won't stand up to heavy use. This set is very profitable. These are budget tools for casual users. There is no cover - they come in a disposable plastic bag. Any cheap kit bag would be fine, but at this price point you can't expect more than ease of use. The only thing I had to downgrade the rating for is that torx screwdrivers have no markings at all. For the price I paid for this set I can't complain. I received exactly the kit in the description in the ziploc package. I needed to replace the SSD in my Dell XPS 11, which required a T4 (which apparently nobody has on the base) to open the case and a Phillips to remove the SSD itself.
