Based on our own experience this replacement pin for a radio microphone was a complete waste of money .The pin was faulty upon arrival and caused major communication setbacks during an important automotive project. The only pro was that it was relatively easy to install. The major con, however, was its unreliability and lack of effectiveness. We do not recommend this product to any heavy duty fleet communication needs..

The replacement pin radio microphone plug failed to work properly in my automotive heavy duty vehicle the first time I tried it. As a result of using this product, I found that my communication was constantly interrupted, making it difficult to navigate and communicate with my team while on the job. the only positive aspect of this product is that it was easy to install. Unfortunately that did not outweigh the cons of it not properly functioning. Save your money and avoid this product. .
