This remote control is worth the money. Trying to keep an old AppleTV alive. The keys aren't as fluid as the original, but they're all in the same place. Installation instructions unclear. You have to put in triple batteries and it was a bit difficult to open the case. Note: The docs emphasize that this is a traditional IR line for the site remote. What is good. Newer remotes can be accessed via WiFi or Bluetooth, but that's a very good deal for an old AppleTV.

It does exactly what it's supposed to do. For about a couple of weeks. It is made entirely of very inexpensive plastic. When it first falls from a 2-foot coffee table to the floor, you'll hear various parts dangling inside. This remote works like an apple tv remote but it took me a while to figure it out. I kept trying to use this remote but my Apple TV just blinked at me. After repeatedly trying to connect this remote by holding down the menu button and any other button, I ended up just restarting the entire TV.
