Wonderful tool for keeping aquarium clean!

according to my experience, this magnetic algae cleaner is absolutely fantastic. Its VERY powerful and works quickly to remove even tough algae from the glass... The handle is easy to grip and the magnet is strong enough to prevent detachment. However it may not work as well for curved glass aquariums or for those with thicker glass. Overall, a great investment for maintaining a clean and healthy aquarium..

For some reason these pads don't work.

For some reason these pads don't work as well as the ones we've bought in the past. In the past, all algae were simply wiped off with a soft napkin. However, repeated cleaning does not help with these pads. Not sure if they are less abrasive than previously purchased pads or not.
