My passenger side mirror was so discolored from the water seeping into the block I could barely see through. My dealer said they can't just replace the mirror, they have to replace the entire unit. 800 dollars. This sticky mirror did it. Easy to install and looks like new. You have to look very closely to understand that this is not the original. After 6 weeks it is still working. The grip is excellent even after washing. Perfect answer until I'm ready to act.

I recently bought this and installed it on a 2004 RX330. There must be a disclaimer that the mirror is not the same size as the original/OEM mirror.
