I tried to contact about the warranty but never got a reply. I have sent emails. I have called. I have sent photos and videos to I'm really pissed that I spent a lot of money on them and bought a guarantee but can't get any help

Until I can find someone from Retevis to tell me how to install the programming software he gets one star as I can't use all the features I paid for on their website and through Revain . No Answer.

This is NOT a long range. They are pretty cool but didn't live up to my expectations at all and I had to send them back. If you don't have programming software, you won't be able to use them as intended either, as they don't encode the message. But what disappointed me the most was the selection. Didn't even walk 1/2 mile.

Waste of money. The range was less than a mile. They're pretty much line-of-sight walkie-talkies. I wasn't in a wooded or densely populated area either. Shocked at how bad they are.

These portable radios work great! We use them for transporting oversized cargo to communicate with the driver with the escort car and the police (we give them a walkie-talkie), our approximate range is 4-7 miles outdoors. It depends on the environment. These radios are well made and the sound is great, I will be ordering 4 more soon. This is the perfect setup for what we do!

I have a set of 4 walkie talkies with a microphone on my shoulder. Everything is loaded and ready to go. The day I needed her and couldn't work at 4. I contacted Revain customer service - was told to order a Solo to replace the faulty one. Revane gave me a shop loan. New, also not programmed for the combo I originally had. So the dilemma is I have 3 radios that work... But I need 4. I have used their other model H777 which has been good for about 2 years.

We needed a radio to keep in touch at the picking apple orchard. I bought at least 3 different walkie talkies that had a long range. One set worked but sometimes broke. The problem with reception was trying to contact the garden shed which is 1/3 mile away. In between there is a forest. These radios were very clear and although I collapsed walking down a slight slope in the garden the other radio was loud and clear.

I bought these radios for security reasons. I was a little hesitant to buy them because of the price. I bought some Baofeng radios and they didn't work very well for what I needed so I bought them. I had them for two days and after charging them I started testing them. So far I've only set them up to communicate with the other radios in the kit, but let me tell you they're worth the money I paid.
