Mounted on back porch joists. Make sure you secure them in place and then lay your items out to dry. For large items such as blankets, towels, sheets, duvet covers, etc. Nothing beats air-drying laundry.

Works, but clumsy. It is firmly attached to the wall. The cables coil up very quickly and when you're not ready, they whip back. Also, the cables can be heavier, I mean if you add items you can see the cable sag and stretch a bit - not much but enough to be annoying.

I live in the tropics and like to dry my wet clothes outside. I hope this product endures salty air. So far I've just taken it off and kept it indoors until needed. But it's easy to put on and take off and fairly durable. It has two locking handles and the wire tightens to keep clothes from hanging off the floor. I love this product.

This clothesline was installed by a professional in the shower of my small bathroom. He had to use a special drill to drive the anchors (which he provided) through the marble walls. Got the job done in about an hour. I've used it several times, it can withstand the weight of several wet clothes. Since I have space, a full load of laundry will certainly not fit in. It still lasts twice as much as if I just installed one line. A very good buy.

Good product for the price. Actually I had to return the first order. I measured my wall before purchasing and it should work perfectly. 1 cable reached the opposite wall and the other was 3 inches shorter. I went back and ordered a replacement and the replacement worked perfectly. The cords are not very tight and have an easy play. A spring that retracts doesn't do all the work you have to do to manually feed that last leg or so. I give the working model 4 out of 5 points. Works as it should…
