Not Recommended - Bike Rack

Easy to assemble and easy to attach to whatever hitch you use it on, but the quality of this particular bike rack sucks. I've only ever used it to carry two adult bikes in the back of my caravan. And there is incredible play in the pins that lock it in place, causing it to bounce off bikes excessively and cause $100 worth of damage to my bike. After repairing and reusing my bike, I used foam noodles to protect the cables on my bike and also used a wratchet strap to keep my bikes from bouncing…

Tilt down is a nice feature

UPDATE: After making this short video and posting this review, I took this luggage rack on an overland trip from New York to Montana. and back! The trunk carried my mountain bike flawlessly on freeways and jeep roads. The only annoying thing about this rack is that you have to tip it over to open the tailgate, but for me it's worth it given the aerodynamics this rack offers! For the price paid. Excellent Quality

At the last minute we made the decision to have our 2 bikes delivered to Tahoe in the back of an Escalade for 5 days. I never had a bike rack, couldn't borrow one, so I went shopping here in Revane. I read all the reviews, good and bad, and found that the bad reviews came from customers who had unrealistic expectations for a $70 bike rack.
