Description of Reverse osmosis system NatureWater RO50-NP35

Five-stage membrane water purification plants of the NW-RO50 seriesDesigned for the preparation of ultrapure drinking water from tap water or any other treated water by reverse osmosis. System performance: up to 190l/day. The post-treatment system can be used both independently and as the last step as part of water treatment. The quality of the source water must meet operational requirements. Modifications: • Standard - RO 50-NP35 5 stages. • With booster pump RO 50-A1 5 stages. The system includes: a five-stage (four-stage) filtration unit, a 11.6 l storage tank, a tap, pipes and fittings for connecting to the water supply and sewerage. Technical characteristics of NW-RO50-NP35: • Membrane type: TFC-50, TFM-50 • Productivity, l/day*): 190. • Number of cleaning steps: 5. • Storage tank capacity, l: 11.6. • System membrane flushing: manual. • Water pressure, bar**): 3.5-5.0. • Water temperature, °С: 4-42. • Degree of purification from mechanical, biological and chemical contaminants: 97-99%.• Degree of purification in terms of chlorine and residual odors: at least 90%.* - Specified performance at a pressure of 4.1 bar, temperature 24°C, salinity - 600 mg/l. Capacity may change as the water supply to the system changes.** - Higher values require a pressure reducer to be installed prior to installation. Terms of replacement of filter elements for systems NW-RO50-A1, NW-RO50-NP35. • Mechanical filter (type FA, PD, P, CP, ECP, RB, WP, PPF, STP, PP): 3-6 months. • Carbon pre-filter (type CA, GAC, CC, EP, EPM, C1, PFC, CTO) 3-6 months • Membrane (type TFM, TFC): 24-36 months • Carbon IN-Line post-filter (type T33A, T33B, T33D, IC, GS-10RO, GS-10CAL, MB-10): 12 months Description of work: 1 stage (mechanical cleaning). Cartridge of preliminary mechanical cleaning of 5 microns. Performs the function of protecting the reverse osmosis membrane from mechanical impurities (sand, scale, rust, suspensions). Stage 2 (water treatment with activated carbon). Carbon cartridge installed to protect the membrane from free chlorine and remove organic compounds and microorganisms. Stage 3 (water treatment with activated carbon). The second carbon cartridge is installed for water purification. Served further on the membrane from residual organic impurities, organochlorine compounds and microorganisms. Stage 4 (main cleaning). The main element of water purification is a reverse osmosis membrane. The flow of water supplied to the membrane is divided into permeate (purified demineralized water) and concentrate (brine with impurities). Pure water accumulates in a membrane tank, the concentrate is discharged into the drain. The storage tank with a total capacity of 11.6 liters accumulates a reserve of purified water to ensure comfortable water intake. Stage 5 (finishing with activated carbon). In-Line flow cartridge with granular activated carbon from coconut shell is installed between the accumulator

The best thing Ive ever used, a great item for everyone!

The instructions say that the filters are installed from left to right, first coarse cleaning, then carbon and then pressed carbon, but in fact everything is reversed from right to left, since the feed is on the right. In general, in order not to get confused during installation, remember that the red plug is the cold water inlet from the mains, the blue one is for the clean water tap, the yellow one is for the storage tank, the black one is for the sewer. Keep in mind that on the fifth floor…

Pros
  • Quality filter, fittings and hoses at height
Cons
  • Bad installation instructions
