Perfect for RuffLand Intermediate

The environment is perfect for my RuffLand Intermediate. I have a medium sized kennel with a side door so it was a little tight but once it fits it's great.

You can get a used one even if you pay for a new one.

Ordered 2 pieces and paid for "new". One was new but the other was opened and used and dirty. Helpline phone is a furniture company that doesn't know anything about this product.

Pros
  • Good product for the price

No cold dogs when traveling!

Have bought the same case before and loved it. This was to replace my old one which had not worn out but had seen my dog try to escape. It's the perfect insulation when it's cold outside and plenty of ventilation when it's hot outside. The pockets are perfect, some even have a zipper to keep items in place. At negative temperatures, this thing holds pus HEAT! No cold dogs when traveling.

Pros
  • Very good value for money

Initial Satisfaction

I bought a medium size that fits the 32" Petmate Navigator (32.1"L x 21"W x 23"H). The lid immediately slid off, just like something meant to slide onto something else. Very happy with the fit as is the pup who is currently napping for no reason as I type this. I will be taking it on several hunting trips over the next few months to be able to report on durability later. As long as I'm happy

ZIPPER BROKEN after 5.5 weeks approx 6 uses

UPDATE: I received a replacement bag for my first zipper breakage. Well, on the second fall, my zipper just broke. I am so pissed that I will never buy this brand again. This is the second picture. So my zipper just broke this weekend while walking my pup, see pics. I've had the case for 5.5 weeks, I've used it about 6 times. I'm so disappointed that it broke. Hopefully it's just a coincidence and 1 gone. However my return policy was 10 days so I hope they honor their product and replace it. If

Excellent in every way

I have an old, very durable Pet Lodge travel cage that I use as a home cage for my dogs. But they're ugly, and all those holes and vents mean a lot of pet hair and dander to clear around the drawers. This drawer lid is like one big sock that fits over the entire drawer, including the bottom. I size up to fit in a medium drawer and it's a little big top to bottom. However, packing it in a travel box was a Herculean feat, so overall I'm glad I got the larger size! And I can still ventilate on hot

Pros
  • Confident
Cons
  • Out of fashion
