Absolutely horrible! I've been wearing them for less than 2 months and they all tear and get stiff. They haven't even been in the sun for more than a few hours and are basically ruined. I only use them to wind up chains when transporting goods. In addition, they are stored in an ammo box to protect them from the sun and bad weather. Don't buy this.

! DO NOT buy these if you need an elastic bungee. These are cheap rubber bands falsely advertised as "Canvas Bungee". They don't even have hooks, when you take them out you have to pierce them. I've tried using them on a canvas load and they don't stretch or stretch to hold anything. Don't waste your money, you will be disappointed.

I should have read the last reviews. I buy straps for work all the time. I didn't think I needed a rubber band review. I don't know what they are made of?! It looks more like plastic. Like I said, complete nonsense. Also, the hooks on the strap were not installed. I had to put them on myself. didn't think it would be a problem but most of the holes were blocked. My hands hurt after installing them. My hands are used to hard work

Got this for a pergola about 6 months ago. The straps felt stiff and thick when we received them. Living in the mild climate of the Bay Area it was a complete surprise to find that all the rubbers had ruptured after only 6 months. They are very poorly made and do not withstand the weather conditions. I would not recommend this to anyone! Instead of replacing those rubber bands, I use ropes, which are much safer.

This winter I used them as a mooring on a boat cover. I bought them last fall and some of them broke in half over the winter and the rest deteriorated and cracked. The rubber quality doesn't even suck on real rubber in my opinion. They should have lasted for several seasons of use, but they didn't even last for 1 season. They have not been overstretched or exposed to intense sunlight. See photos.

I bought these to tie a pool cover as many of the original ties have broken over the years. The description says it is 15" from tip to tip of the hooks, 12" from rubber tip to rubber tip. This is exactly what I needed. They arrived today and they are 15 inches from rubber tip to rubber tip so with the S hooks in place they are too long for me. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because they seem very sturdy. inaccurate dimensions in the description.

I use these straps to secure ladders and other lumber to the trunk of my work truck. These straps are heavy duty and adjustable. I like that the strap has multiple holes to adjust the length. An important detail is that these straps are not as stretchy as the canvas straps I usually buy. I'm hoping that the fact that they don't stretch as much means they might not wear out as quickly.
