I got this for my job - I'm a chef and I supervise about 125 students. He's really good at chopping, but he's too good at chopping the cilantro and parsley, he just cooks them in the food processor, so I have to do the parsley and cilantro by hand.

The best investment I've made in a long time. I broke my food processor every few months. I love how the chopping/slicing feature just shoots the product into my bowl of choice. Commercial instrument and full star. The lid and bowl are designed to be easy to use and clean. LOVE IT!

If you use a food processor to grate cheese, this is the one you should buy. I bought it to replace a 30 year old robotic coupe. They are built to last. Don't waste your money on cheaper brands. Ultimately, you will beat this food processor. The only suggestion I have is that a large shredded cheese container should be included with purchase.
