Certainly better than factory speakers. This is to be expected from the secondary market. With a full 5.5 inch reach, you get what you expect. Full spectrum of sounds. You don't get thick bass, you get clear sound. The second time I buy them for a jeep. I will buy another set for the front speakers.

I will not buy a top series again. When I first got these speakers they were more than adequate and very decent speakers but they didn't last a month before the glue holding the wire came loose and ruined one of them. After telling some people in the audio business I knew they said they often fail in the experience. I wish I could talk to them before I bought them hahahaha

2007 Honda Odyssey. I made the mistake of following the information on the Cruchfield website and bought a 5.25" model that was too small for my van. The bass is not as good as I thought. Replaced a set of Pioneer paper cones with these and the Pioneer had better bass depth than them. They have been installed for about 3 months and should now be "broken in". I don't want to invest in an amp to get better bass. I don't usually write reviews but these speakers are amazing for the price. You will need four of these speakers for the same truck as the rear doors are perfect for the same speakers. You can use the screws that came with the speakers for the front doors, but you'll need to drill 3/32 holes first. Drill, but you must use the screws that come with your truck. The screws that came with the speakers are too long. Don't bother using a front speaker mount. They will not work with these speakers…
