🔪 Enhanced BladeRunner X2 Cross Cut Sled by Rockwell RW9266 Review

This is a MUST for the RockWall saw. One important tip: if the part is too small for the large gap, just use a stick to support the part. I found the cuts straight but the VERTICAL oblique if I wasn't paying attention to the pressure on the part. Use a saw blade that is as stiff and short as possible for the best alignment when making straight cuts. With fine work, beautiful cuts are achieved.

I don't think I could ever use this saw without a cross-cut slide! It really should have been bundled with the original, but it was worth buying! One thing I struggled with and couldn't find anything about online is the little plastic tab on the front that prevented me from putting it on the saw. manufacturing defect? It wasn't mentioned in the instructions either, so I carefully cut it off with a knife. Problem solved!

I love my Bladerunner and use it for many projects. The included thermometer was not very helpful to me. I needed to make cross cuts quickly and accurately. I saw this sled and it was so cheap I had to try it. It arrived quickly and I use it so often it stays in the bladerunner all the time. Adding a small block and attaching it to the carriage allows you to make quick repeat cuts. My only suggestion for improvement would be a deeper slide so I can cut wider boards. Don't hesitate, grab one.

Designed to improve cross cutting. But there is no better way than simply using the supplied angle stop. It still has plenty of side-to-side skew and doesn't even cut near a 90-foot corner.
