The painter's tool is suitable for almost everything that has to do with cutting, scraping, chiseling, chiseling and fist hammers. Now by adding foldable customization to it and making it durable it has become one of the best tools I have ever bought.

I love the compact design of the 5 and 1 folding tool and the many features this tool has. It's similar to Purdy's but slightly better in design.

This tool is ten times better than Purdy. It is remarkable that the hand-milled stainless steel is completely disassembled and reassembled. I was even surprised to see a bearing retainer on the blade latch holding the tool in the closed position (Fig. 2). The photos were taken after disassembling the tool so I could polyurethane bare wood.

Great idea, bad design. I love this folding tool but the lock design is complete rubbish. Be very careful when using this for any kind of scraping or nicking as the lock will fail and you could injure yourself if you are not careful. If they could fix the lock design and increase the tapered front blade I would buy them forever.

As a painter, this is a great tool in theory, but things are different in practice. After a day of use, it almost failed catastrophically. Imagine standing on a ladder 30 feet up and using the tool for the first time when the locking mechanism fails when pressure is applied and it slams into your hand, bleeding and almost throwing you off the ladder. Quality and value don't usually go hand in hand - but this time they exceeded my expectations. Feels good in the hand, opens buttery smooth, closes like a professional knife that costs ten times the price, and can be opened with one hand or even with indolence.
