Roof Gutter Guard Mesh Plastic Review

The holes are too big and clogged with debris, especially small helicopter seeds falling from the trees. Worked more than helped.

It was easy to sulk when you take your time and relax. The cost is the main reason I bought it, other gutter guards cost hundreds more. Make sure you buy an extra roll so you have enough to cover to be safe. Works well.

The clips on my gutters were unusable. I have 8" gutters and had to improvise the bracket. I live in South Texas with dozens of oak and elm trees so there is a lot of rain and leaves. The trellis is really easy to unroll and place in the gutters. Holds large items. Smaller one gets absorbed but washes out. I'll rate it as a 'good buy' as it's really cheap. Let's see if they hold up well.

Overall and for the price this is a good product. The clips were too long for my gutters but I cut them off with a hot knife. I also used zip ties to make sure the tension was good. Otherwise the mess will sag and the sheets will go in (see picture). Debris still goes through the grille, which means I'll still have to clean the gutters at some point, but much less frequently than before the grille was installed.

The jury's not out yet, but I'll update it after the rain. Good: The clamps fit my semicircular gutters perfectly and were easy to install. The material rolls out easily and seems to hold onto the clips well. It can also be easily removed if necessary. Installing this leaf guard was a real challenge. After initially struggling with the full length, I finally gave up and cut it into about 3 to 4 foot pieces for me to handle. The supplied brackets are NOT suitable for a K-Gutter as they are not wide enough where they protrude past the outer lip. Perhaps they are designed for a U-shaped gutter.
