arrived broken/defective. The device is not charging. Bought new in an open box. I wish I knew it was a "defective" open box.

Seller said it is in new condition and very few light scratches on the camera have not been removed but has been used well with white drywall dust around the underside of its base as well as around its rim also had lots of long black hairs that got caught in the rubberized casters so they had to be replaced never to buy another Roomba, at least a used one

Experience from the past few days: - "Error 6. Move Roomba to a new location". The Roomba 805 doesn't work on the black-and-white woven carpet that takes up most of the house. Break sensors do not work. Roomba 805 has moved to the floor of an adjacent room that is approximately 2 inches below the level of the current room. - Pretty loud. Not as noisy as regular vacuums, but it's not something you'll want to use early in the morning or late at night.

This is the worst repair ever! I was attracted by the amazing price what a joke it wasn't even worth $50. It was absolutely dirty, they didn't even wipe it down. The remains of previous cleanings remained in the bin, but the filter was not changed, there was no additional filter as advertised. The battery lasted 15-20 minutes before draining. We have hardwoods, a few dogs and cats, and the Roomba does a great job on the flooring and gets under fairly tall furniture. I painted some blocks of wood and made some pieces of furniture taller for Roomba to clean underneath. I mostly have thin carpets and it cleans them well without tangling, but doesn't clean dog hair off thicker carpets very well. I also have a very thick carpet that he cannot clean.
