Disappointed by several "fluxes" with rave reviews, I finally settled on this one. Good decision. The plastic container could not hold more product. My iron likes it. My boards love it. Even my old fashioned 63-37 eutectic solder likes it. By the way, do you know why eutectic solder is so much better than 60-40 or any lead-free solder? Because it has no plastic step when heated. It's either solid or liquid, nothing in between. With eutectic solder you get perfect, clean and shiny solder joints.

I am satisfied with the product and the seller too. I had an issue with the delivery man leaving me and an empty bag but I call customer service and they resend the item.

It is dry and solid; cannot be traced back to noodles. Gave him a few days indoors, thinking the heating might help, but to no avail. Correct distribution at the soldering points is not possible. The date of manufacture on the case is September 2021, so it is not old stock, but a question of composition.

Can be an effective flux. But the only real use I've found for it is to impregnate the wicks to remove solder and for that I have to put my soldering iron in a container of flux to melt it first because at the same time it's so hard that You will need a screwdriver to scrape off some of the flux. This and yet, unlike most phlox, once it's been used on something it doesn't turn into a hard shell that can be easily chipped off, it remains almost the same very hard but slightly sticky consistency…
