🚘 2-Inch Lift Kit for 2018-2020 Subaru Crosstrek 4WD by Rough Country - Model 90300 Review

I was actually going to do this but my mechanic did it because of the front and rear alignment. It was worth being able to fit 2 sizes oversized tires. Well designed and done!

Pretty easy to install. I wish there were better pictures in the instructions but it was pretty easy. I was able to fit 235/75-15 with minor wear. Faced with the problem of positive camber of the front wheels. I'm not sure if it's the lift or the wrong installation.

Quick purchase, easy installation, if you mark the camber bolts before removing, alignment is near perfect. I took mine to align and it was perfect. The handling is exactly the same as it came from the factory, which really impressed me. Definitely recommend to anyone who has a cross track. I kept my stock wheels but switched to a Nitro Nomad 215/65/17 Grappler without any rubbing and got 1 inch more headroom.

Installed on my wife's 2019 Crosstrek Limited. The product is well built. The instructions are black and white and hard to see, but the PDF instructions on the Rough Country website are great. Not a big fan on the front brake hose mount as the hose seems to pinch a bit in either position, but we'll keep an eye on that. Installing a 225/65r17 Falken Wild Peaks kit on factory bikes and checking alignment in a few days. Overall very satisfied with the product.

I learned how to take the car apart and called 800, very helpful folks in the Rough Country. I used the recommended tools and 3 jacks. NOTE: When jacking up the car, most jacks don't lift high enough, so 2 x 12 8 foot lengths are cut into 4 x 24 inch lengths to allow two to fit under each jack, raising the car high enough to reattach the wheels and leave enough space underneath. The kit was very self explanatory and it took me just under 4 hours intermittently to do it myself. used the 3rd jack
