Nice update: steering shock absorbers and stabilizers

The only negative I can say is that the instructions were not for my jeep. So I improvised. I got a new one with the native mount as was and voila. After 10 minutes a test drive made a noticeable difference. Happy JK'N

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • socket required

Amazing steering system stabilizer bar

I actually bought another stabilizer bar because the first one worked so well. I would recommend everyone to install a dual mount. I have a 4 inch lifter that runs at 35 and they removed the little wobble right away.

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • Modern

The equity stabilizer appears to be stronger.

I bought this product to help rock the jeep after lifting it. Adding it made it worse. I'll go through the system and see if there are any loose parts, but I was expecting this to improve the wobble rather than make it worse. I will reinstall the stock anti-roll bar as it offers more rigidity than this product.

Pros
  • Great for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Repair

Really disappointed

well i like the tie rod but the shock is another story. I liked the N3 shocks on my F350 so I figured this sway bar would work well on my 2014 Wrangler. It is not. The one I took off and threw away was much better than this one. I think it will work for stock tires but not 35 inch tires. If you're not working with a warehouse, look for something else. Maybe this sway bar will fit stock tires, but it definitely won't fit 35s.

Pros
  • nice touch
Cons
  • no automatic

If only I knew it would help so much.

So far so good, my jeep handling is much better. I have 09 so the old stabilizer is over ten years old. I run 33s with stock suspension and 1 3/4 spacers and everything runs smooth. I would have upgraded sooner if I knew it would help so much. Only thing I would say is a scam if the instructions if you have never done this before the instructions are a bit strange. I'll post updates if anything comes up.

Pros
  • Quality workmanship
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging

Solid stabilizer on shock absorbers and steering stabilizers

Installed on a 2016 JKU Sport with 100,000 miles. It's time to replace the shaft stabilizer and I've decided to do it. Discuss this or a dual stabilizer. Installation is pretty easy except I had to lower the tie rod to get the bolt holding the stabilizer bar to the bracket. Once I got rid of that, things became pretty easy. So far I've put about 80 miles on it in two days and have noticed an improvement on highway bumps (less steering) and the steering feels a little firmer. It's much stronger…

Pros
  • Robust construction
Cons
  • The list will be long.

Solid Steering Stabilizer

Installed on a 92,000 mile 2012 Jeep JK to replace a leaking steering stabilizer. Installs with a jeep on the ground and basic hand tools. All necessary mounting parts are included. The written instructions are pretty good, but the photos were a bit confusing. Go to Extremeterrain.com and look for a good video on installing a terrain stabilizer. The anti-roll bar really improved this Jeep's steering feel and eliminated the feeling of wandering down the road. It appears to be a well made and…
