Mine had a small defect but one of the slots was sewn up and I couldn't insert one of the rods. It seems very well made apart from that. The company's customer service was excellent. They take care of everything and send a new one. My dogs, 3 shih tzus, all went in immediately without persuasion and didn't come out for a while. There is even room for their bed and they can move around in it. It is perfect for camping and family visits. It is quick to assemble and folds up quickly and easily.

I was looking around and saw this product and it comes in a color I like. Medium size works great for my 15lb PomChi dog. I hated how they stretched when you tried to pull them out. I guess I don't need to fold them for storage anyway. This soft kennel works both indoors and outdoors. It's not meant for a dog who lashes out, and it's not meant to keep a violent pup at bay for hours. I bought this for my chihuahua and it's the perfect size for her and even my cat when she hops over to her mate. But what about the disassembly. Well, that's when you tare it.
