I used the Friction Facts recipe: * 1 lb of household paraffin (1 block of Golf) * 5g of pure PTFE (Teflon) powder * 1g of pure Molybdenum Disulfide (MoS2). This is good value for money, the best I've found on Revain for a few bucks. 2 full ounces. most people should last forever, 99% pure, made in the USA and all 1.5 microns or less. Others are 1.5-2.0 microns and are considered slightly less pure and come from outside the US. Shipping, packaging and communication was quick and well done and included a small applicator brush and a nice note. (Use the blue rubber band holding the note to attach the brush to the bottle!) Superior quality product. The bottle is loaded to the top. I don't like scolding other products when they don't deserve it, except for a similar competitor (molybdenum powder) that cost me $10 for 0.1 ounce (yes, that's not a typo, zero point one ounce!) Typo, two point one ounce) Runaway Bike! The volume of the Runaway Bike bottle is at least several times larger and the powder is filled to the brim. The smaller bottle can be 1/2 full. I'm pretty sure I can get 8x the product for (at least) $7
