🧹 Optimized Rutland 3-Inch Pellet Stove/Dryer Vent Brush with Extended 20-Feet Handle Review

Really not happy with it. The wire does not want to straighten and bends when straightening. Cheaper than leaving the service, but it goes bad after one use.

I have RA. But I need a stiffer line to go around my outlet from the street on the side of my house, the chimney. This is the sub-chamber "U". Nothing works. It's 18 to 20 feet. From the deck is a three inch pipe.

I bought this to clean the pellet tube for my pellet stove. It was extremely difficult to move it up the pipe and I couldn't get it to move up the 45 degree curved pipe. It was a futile effort. I was forced to dismantle the pellet tube and clean it that way.

Wire break after inserting 6ft of 20ft into burner tube. the snap part why the pipe up as I don't know how I would get it out. It was the first outing and now it is being sent back to Revain to arrive in New Zealand and needs to be sent back straight away. I will look for another option.

As it appears in the box, this is what it looks like when it's out of the box, you can't straighten it, it remains so bent that it's difficult to push through the cleaning tube. I had to use a heat gun and heat the plastic stick to soften it enough to be straightened. It took a while, even then it wasn't that perfect. Allow enough time for this before you start cleaning the whistle.

I received this product broken in half. I soon realized why; it is twisted very tightly and when it unwraps from the plastic it weakens the stem. Luckily my chimney is short and even broken, I was able to clean it. This is probably only good for 1 brush and only light buildup. If you're looking for something more sustainable, this isn't it.
