Loved it until it broke.

Full disclosure: I've had 3 of these on 2 different bikes. I broke two of them, one on the rack in the car, the other while jumping. I'll say I'm pretty damn lucky I didn't end up in the hospital last time. In general, I liked her very much and treated her quite harshly. However, I will not buy any other.

Fairly strong and light

Installed this takeaway from the same company and am very happy with both. Tightened together with fiber paste to 5 Nm and after 20 hours of driving nothing has slipped or moved. I had to saw off about 1.5 inches from each end, no problem with a hacksaw and foam soap. I mainly drive in New York, so mainly road works with a lot of not so smooth roads. Still feels solid and has no complaints.

  • Free for educational purposes

Great inexpensive upgrade for kids mountain bikes to shed some weight

I bought this to replace the aluminum handlebars on my son's 20" Norco MTB. Children's mountain bikes, even from good manufacturers, are notoriously heavy. I bought this bar to lose weight at a reasonable price. I'm not concerned about the strength as a child doesn't put as much weight and abuse on the bars as an adult. standard weight. Now I'm back here to buy the same handlebars for his new 24" Diamondback and this time I'm also getting a carbon seatpost.

Looks good, feels questionable. But it plays fantastic!

Just received my bar. I ordered the Plus 3k Frosted Bar in grey. It's damn light and makes a noticeable difference. And the bar looks good, the only problem is I ordered a 700mm model but the one I received is 722mm long and the diameter is a bit wider than 22.2mm. The measurement is wrong, but the extra 20mm doesn't bother me. At the moment I'm giving this review 2 stars although it looks good after putting it on my bike and setting it up. I have to say I've heard a cracking sound just sitting

Great carbon handlebar. Works great for me.

I recently bought a new full suspension MTB (Motobecane Hal6) and needed to lose some weight. The steering wheel that came with it was too wide and too heavy. What I like: Much lighter than my aluminum handlebars. I'll update if that fails. I love the color and it goes well with her seatpost. Small annoyance: The only thing I have a small problem with is that the markings on either side of the handlebar are not quite symmetrical about the center. . It looks a bit odd when you look at both…

Great, light and affordable introduction to carbon bars

These bars are very light (they are carbon), stiff and yet much more comfortable with vibrations at speed than aluminum bars (they are carbon), but the extremely low price Does it make me nervous about putting them on my trail bike, which takes more abuse than I give them credit for (they're carbon). I've read a lot of bad reviews about cheap carbon fakes like these (which are awesome btw) and got really nervous about breaking them on real MTB trails where bars are subject to extreme handling…

WORTH IT. Detailed personal review.

INSTALLED: on 2016 Specialized Jumper REASON: Upgraded bike and hands became very strong and numb quickly. The bike shop suggested I buy a handlebar with stand as I didn't have this problem on the last bike and had it for 5 years. This ideal height appears to be around 18mm. Difference. In my opinion, you don't need more. If you need more reach think about spacers, handlebars, stem etc. APPEARANCE: What can I say, AMAZING carbon look. WEIGHT: Original handlebar 11.5 oz. The 5.9-ounce carbon…

So far, so good! on handlebars, steerers and stems

I have these handlebars 720mm long. It replaced my 610 carbon handlebars that lasted me for 15 years. I was a bit skeptical because of the price, but I really wanted a wider handlebar, especially on the track. The bar arrived well packaged with plenty of bubble wrap. But it was! No instructions. Nothing to corroborate the length and varying degrees of lift and momentum. And, more importantly, THE TORQUE LIMITS FOR TIGHTENING THE ROD. I had to go back to the website for this information. It…
