Be sure to check the battery pack

I was so excited when I received this in the mail. I plugged in the charger overnight and went to use the glue gun the next morning, the battery would not charge. I put it back on the charger, it was plugged in, the light was on, left it on overnight, the battery didn't work again. Can I order another battery?
