I have ordered 2 sizes of this spatula. The smaller of the two (triple riveted wide lathe) had rust spots. At first we were very happy with the spatula. My wife wanted to get away from plastic products. The wooden handle is strong enough, not heavy. It all seemed solid and worked well. I wish Revain were more open about country of origin. I searched "spatula made in the USA" and this brand was one of the first to come up. If I read ALL the questions and answers, only there you can see that it is made in China. The logo and name are misleading, the brand description is misleading (the company apparently originated in France but who knows when they outsourced to China). I assume there are only a few putty companies here - sad. Will return. Too much experience with cheap wallets

I like the size and shape of this spatula, as well as the curved end, that is, slightly sharpened. It can and should be a great tool.
