I have used this product for polishing steel and removing rust. I really like this rust eraser because it leaves a dull surface rather than scratches steel blades. When I'm done sharpening I like to use this eraser to sharpen my edge and it does a great job. Would definitely buy again.

Amazing nice to work with! I had a few rust spots on my table and pan so I took that and went into town. It does a great job and actually gets rid of the boring look of the things you use it on. Pretty sharp and dry to use, just don't press too hard. I realized that a gentle exfoliation would do the trick. Will i buy it again? Not for $15.

I have a set of charcoal knives my family gave me as a gift. They are remarkably sharp and beautiful, but are prone to patina or even rust if the slightest amount of moisture or acid is left on them after cutting. Incredibly easy rust remover for kitchen knives. I haven't had to use this on any knife that had a major rusting problem, mostly just for those little water droplets dodging me and causing my knife to rust. With this rust eraser I no longer have this problem and removing rust is very easy.
