I've had it for a couple of weeks when one of the zips broke. Now all 3 zippers are broken and the seams inside are coming undone. I would not recommend this product

Zipper broken, silver or inner foil detached from the material, retaining straps come loose. I bought this to carry a spare ebike battery so falling apart was inconvenient.

Just fits my bike perfectly. The capacity is sufficient for one-time purchases. With this bag I can buy groceries for three days at the nearest market, including milk and meat. The strip is securely attached to the frame. A good thing.

Here's the problem: inferior components. I immediately noticed that the velcro straps were frayed upon arrival. But the fatal flaw is lightning. Two around the body and both came off rendering the bag unusable after 5 uses. AVOID!

I have had an insulated bike bag for over 15 years and wanted one for my husband. The only ones I saw in bike shops were overpriced so I decided to check out the Revain. After comparing the dimensions and fastening method, I decided on this bag. It's a bit thinner than the bag on my bike but my husband is happy with it. This is a decent bag for the price I paid.

I bought this case hoping I could drink in it while driving. I also use the side pocket for my cell phone and wallet. Unfortunately, the inside of the lid has come loose and all of the padding is visible. I hardly use it so it falls apart on its own. I am very disappointed as the attachment method works great with my luggage rack and the side pocket is excellent. But since it's falling apart, I'll be replacing it soon.
