Quality is top notch, happy with everything.

Although the hunting knife from Kizlyar is fantastic, I had to replace a similar set of Kizlyar knives that had been blunted after spending twice as much. and Kizlyar has stopped making that particular set of kitchen utensils; perhaps they discovered their error with steel. In a nutshell, I think these knives are fantastic. However, there's no need to mention that cutting boards made of glass or ceramic, as well as plates, will dull blades in a month; there's a special table knife for that.

Pros
  • This is my second set - bought as a gift. The previously purchased set is still in good condition after a year of use, and its handle is ergonomic.
Cons
  • not locate

The set's composition is not very strong. Three knives are used. Due to a thin blade, the larger one bends. Hence, the chief title has little pull. Bread is relatively simple to cut. The tiniest one isn't even a vegetable peeler; the handle-mounted blade's design causes cuts. The lens cannot be sharpened by you. Lenticular sharpenings are not something every sharpener will attempt. Musat will thus become your closest friend. Do I suggest purchasing? Yes, but only if: 1) No more than 750 knives…

Pros
  • adequate cost (got for 3000). They keep honing for a very long period (the first one from the factory). Sharp (thanks to the fact that the blade is thin and the sharpening is lenticular, according to my measurements, no more than 15 degrees) (due to the fact that the blade is thin and the sharpening is lenticular, according to my measurements, no more than 15 degrees). After operating for 2.5 months, they have not yet requested sharpening. On the biggest knife, only Musat wrinkles were in charge a few times.
Cons
  • Knife handles don't have a high-quality sheen. The grips' design is not particularly pleasant. Several family members claim it damages his hand. On the larger knives, the blades' thinness and curvature might be a hassle. The sharpness is lenticular, which is the most intriguing feature (or convex, in another way). This implies that you can't manually sharpen them on a stone or on a home sharpener. Moreover, there will be significantly less sharpening if you simply sharpen as usual using a standard V-shaped sharpening. The shape of the blade of the smallest knife is such that if you try to peel a potato, for example, you will cut your hands. In an effort to grow accustomed to the knife, I twice cut my thumb. He spat and then picked up the old handmade knife. It will therefore be useless as a vegetable peeler.

I can't stop being happy with the purchase, a very good deal!

A really cool set of knives that I purchased for $3000 on sale; they are totally worth the price. Extremely sharp, I was afraid I would cut my finger when the knife jumped off, but I was spared because I rested on the nail. I had previously utilized the Shadow line, which was adequate for around 3–4 years. After a year of use, the key is to periodically dull it or have it professionally sharpened.

Pros
  • really sharp
Cons
  • really sharp (need to be super careful)

I feel obligated to point out right off the bat that these are not the first samurai knives that I have ever come across. Before that, I was successful in getting a knife model number SD.0023 for myself, and it is stunning. Only amount and first sharpening are of any interest while using these knives. Although the rusting edge is a novel feature, the remaining knives were just your average, run-of-the-mill kitchen cutlery; they were no better than any of the other knives that could be purchased

Pros
  • Originally sharp, the knives' shapes are suited for a variety of activities, there are many knives included in the set, and the price is affordable.
Cons
  • Disadvantage 2: 1) After being sharpened, the cutting edges started to rust. This is something I've never seen before on kitchen knives, and I certainly didn't anticipate seeing it on a samurai sword. 2) SHR-0043B curve, if you look at the reflection of the light bulb - there is a dent, not critical, but not pleasant.

A good product, I advise you to try it.

Excellent cutlery. The picture you're looking at is a screenshot taken from the video that shows how the cake was cut. Both the fresh soft bread and the cake are cut extremely well. One could give these knives five stars given that they sell on the market for 3,300 dollars, but they are merely knives and make no claim to being special in any way. Before that, I had success using three other models from the shadow series, each of which was constructed from the exact identical materials. While I…

Pros
  • Price. Sharpness. There is variety within the set.
Cons
  • It's possible that some folks won't like the pen. It seems a bit on the small side, but maybe that's just because I have big paws.

Not exactly what I wanted, but basically everything is fine.

The packaging was damaged, and for some unknown reason, the handles of the knives were dirty. This, along with the general grimeiness of the knives themselves, gave the impression that they had been used before being repackaged and sold. I accepted it as a gift, which is particularly disrespectful because there is no presentation; it would be a disgrace to offer something that would be such a shame; thus, I will have to retain it for myself and reconsider the gift.

Pros
  • Not
Cons
  • The packing has been damaged. I had to put myself in check since the knives were all jumbled up.

A great option for this money, one of the best offers.

These knives are excellent. They are not appropriate for cutting bones, not even fish bones, I must state right away. I mishandled one of the hatchets in a set. However, they are often fairly sharp and may be quickly sharpened with a sharpener (in order not to be an advertisement, look for yourself on the market by the number of reviews for 1000r). engaged in the action for 3,000. As content as an elephant. For three years, I didn't even open it. I apply three

Pros
  • Acute Sharpens easily
Cons
  • extremely narrow blade

Practically every knife was put to good use; all of them sliced so precisely that you have to be extra cautious about not cutting yourself out of habit. While the wife was taking the knife out of its packaging, she managed to cut her finger on the blade. There are concerns over the configuration; what appears to be two very similar chef's knives is odd to look at. Perhaps an average cook will feel more at ease with a santoku than they do with their knife skills. As a result, it would be…

Pros
  • Extremely pointed and yet surprisingly comfortable.
Cons
  • It has not been found as of yet.

Just super, the product is made wonderfully, very satisfied.

Used for six months and they still look brand new. Maintains a razor's edge indefinitely with a twice-weekly hone and a ceramic musate hone from AliExpress. Lumber and composite planks. The knife blade is extremely thin and will take some getting used to, but all the other knives have been abandoned. Now whenever I see rust, I instantly wipe it off with a solvent, and it never returns. Very sharp; you risk a severe, undetected cut if you use it improperly.

Pros
  • The knives are razor sharp and maintain their edge admirably.
Cons
  • more vigilant attention is needed.

For me, it's just a matter of habit; all knives have their entire blades sharpened; there isn't a section of the blade that isn't sharp at the handle. This is why my wife has already cut three times (I'm used to the fact that the edge isn't sharp), but after the third time, she stopped cutting for a week. In my opinion, a 3k set is an excellent choice, but it cannot be compared in quality to Chinese or expensive ones. There is a strong middle ground, but the set is comparable to Chinese for…

Pros
  • I accepted a promotion for around $3,000; the set I received was wonderful and arrived swiftly. I paid $250 for a non-original magnet, and they held up just fine. Factory sharpening is accurate and durable. Avoid rusting by using a magnetic wall holder and washing rather than wiping any used items.

Great value for the money, definitely recommended!

The knives are cool, everyone who says the knives are thin, probably 5mm pieces of steel cut bread, otherwise I don't understand why thin, normal thickness (thicker than Chinese), and no, this is not ordinary China, both handles and steel are different, and this can be seen even with the naked eye. I purchased it as a gift for my wife despite my initial doubts due to the comments "Thin, bend, ordinary China." Happy wife, satisfied with the purchase, greetings Oblomov

Pros
  • Knives that are sturdy, superior, weighty, and sharp.
Cons
  • Not

What a horrible quality, wasted money for nothing.

I was using a room-temperature knife to cut frozen fish when I heard a crunch and worried that something had gotten into the salmon. Instead, it turned out that the blade had split down the middle in two places. When I tried to cut the fish with the tip of the knife, I simply inserted it and heard another crunch. Sent a letter of support, received a consolation 200 point bonus (and even then with restrictions on time and order amount) Manufacturer and metal quality evaluation

Pros
  • Excellent knives with factory sharpenings
Cons
  • Can't handle the heat or the cold

These are some advantages: The "razor" effect of the manufacturing process. Keep the edge for a considerable amount of time. The corrections on the ceramic musat were really good. Got cons: When it comes to loads, thin as they are do not, in my opinion, inspire confidence. The handle is not very comfortable, and many intend to turn it even when their hands are wet.

Satisfied with the product, I recommend it to everyone.

If you spend no more than 3,500 dollars on the set, it will be a fantastic investment. More expensive to take does not make sense. AUS-8 declared The hardness should not exceed 56 hrc. When honed, diamonds return to their original state relatively rapidly. It is preferable to hone one's skills in KK or OA. It's not too awful, even with such a tiny finish as 5.3, 3.2 microns.

Very pleased with this purchase, will recommend it to everyone!

Many advantages: The factory provides sharpening of a high quality. Good steel, which is similar to that used in other knives. Regarding the cost, this is an outstanding deal for the money. Has some drawbacks: I was under the impression that the blades would be thicker, but this isn't a deal breaker because they don't appear to move around when in use.

The product is okay, it's not a waste of money!

If you buy a set no more than 3500 - a great investment. More expensive to take does not make sense. AUS-8 declared Hardness no more than 56hrc Diamonds are sharpened rather quickly when sharpened. It is better to sharpen on KK or OA Not bad take a thin finish even 5\3, 3\2 microns

I didn't expect the quality to be so high.

Has some pros: Good sharpening, steel, workmanship and a set of everything you need, except for one! Its cons: It was worth leaving it raw, a yellow spot appeared and there was not enough knife for cutting bread!
