Do not recommend this product

I thought it would be easy installation. There was a Sanus TV mount and a Sanus soundbar mount that should work just fine. When we tried to attach the soundbar mount to the TV mount, the screws were too short. not long enough. Then I had to go to Home Depot to buy longer screws. This was for a 65 inch TV and a Sonus soundbar. I thought the Sanus bindings were compatible and the correct length and width. I was wrong.

  • Nice packaging

OK, but one problem.

The soundbar mount was extremely difficult to install. For some reason, Samsung decided to heavily countersink the q8f's screw holes, so the screws weren't long enough for the bottom two holes. I had to buy a pair that was 5mm longer. The top fits well with the longest screws. My biggest complaint and absolute annoyance is that the soundbar is held directly in front of the TV as shown in the picture. At this price point, the mount should fix those little things.

Almost perfect in TV accessories

The bracket got four stars because it wasn't "out of the box, plug and play". On the TV I currently have the bracket blocking my HDMI/digital out/RCA etc and I had to cut off one side. At the same time, when I did not have this problem, the mount worked perfectly. It looks clean and exactly as described. One thought for future models is whether the actual bar that the Sonos bar sits on could recline further to be flush with the TV. Since I have the ability to lower and raise it (and I'm using…

First check your TV's screw pattern

This product works well and does what it's supposed to, but doesn't provide a precise list of limitations regarding VESA compatibility. The mounting holes on the 2 side rails are drilled so your TV is at least 200mm wide to allow for the screws to be inserted. My 43 inch Sony XBR-800e TV is 100mm wide and 200mm high so I had to improvise to achieve this by adding a bar between the wall mount and the TV and moving the side rails over the top of the screws. . It's not perfect, but it's stable and

Does NOT work with Sony TVs

My Sony X800 series TV is only 1 year old. In no way does this bracket come close to a Sony television. In the first photo, I left the wall mount to show how wide the adjustable part of the Sanus mount is (almost the entire space between the attachment points). The second picture shows how far the first Sanus mounting hole is from the actual Sony TV mounting hole. I first found this mount on the Sonos website but shipping took forever so I ordered it from Revain. I don't want to waste time…

Beware if you have a Samsung TV

I will say it works but I had a hard time installing it on my TV and wall mount. I have a samsung tv and although it has a vesa mount pattern and was wall mounted the sanus mount needed spacers as the samsung tv had that ledge on the bottom which required the sanus mount to remove and longer screws needed. so it fits properly. You have to think a little outside the box to make everything click correctly. It's not Sanus' fault either, but it should be said that on some TVs, like my Samsung…

Perfect fit for Sonos Beam

I'm a small fan when it comes to my TVs and sound systems. I've been a huge Sonos fan for a long time and the Sonos Beam is a great soundbar. The problem for me is that I always mount my TVs on a full articulation wall mount so I can move the TV away from the wall and rotate it in different directions. I currently have a 75" flat screen in my living room, but I like to use it when I'm cooking in the kitchen. If I turn the TV towards the kitchen with the soundbar mounted directly on the wall…

Works well with matching Sanus TV mount

We recently replaced our old TV with a brand new setup. New TV, Sonos Beam, Sanus TV mount and then this Sonos mount. My wife and I decided to do the installation ourselves, and everything "mostly" went fine. One thing to remember (which we didn't realize until we started the installation process) is that this mount installs UNDER the mount that attaches to your TV. So if you're planning on adding this to a TV that's already installed, be aware that you'll have to disassemble everything, remove

Doesn't work for everyone

I've been installing our televisions and electronics in our homes for over 25 years. I am very gifted, experienced and knowledgeable in this field. This is my experience with Luch. I bought this to install the Sonos Beam on a higher end 40 inch Samsung TV that is about 4 years old. This TV is installed with a fully articulated Sanus TV above a courtyard fireplace outside of our master bedroom next to the hot tub. .Firstly, Sanus claims the installation only took 15 minutes. As a rule, I never…
