A sturdy lockset. Easy to install. Good instructions.The fingerprint reader is somewhat glitchy but it works well 2 out of 3 scans. The big issue I have is the number pad. The numbers on the key pad are barely visible and often non-responsive. When people attempt to input the code they can't identify the numbers and then must attempt to enter them several times. Not user friendly.

I bought this smart door lock to replace a standard (non-deadbolt) lock to my garage. Since we use the garage door more than the front door and since we often have to carry packages into and out of the garage, the fingerprint feature was most attractive. After one week of use it has been quite reliable. We have also tested the key tags which are easy to program and work fine (although they only work in contact with keypad). OMG I ordered 1 other lock like this one and the directions were very confusing, some of the parts were missing and I was locked out my room for over an hour trying to get in.I shipped the other one back and installed this one within 15 mins. It looks nice, heavy duty and was simplistic to install. Great Job!
