I didn't pay attention to how my door handles attach and these have screw holes that are above and below the handle as oppose to the handles that have screw holes to the side of the handle. I didn't want to redo the screw holes on all my doors so I am returning. I am also returning because the lock feature is pointless since on the other side of the lock is a notch I can fit my nail into to unlock the door. This is not kid proof at my house! Item arrived with 2 out of 3 inner metal cylinder tips chipped. None of the 3 cylinders were of same length. Inner packaging was torn and item had been used before. First time purchasing from the Seller.

Very easy to install! Great modern look and they are black as stated. Solid Black is hard to find and these are beautiful! I bought 3 and went to get them re keyed in order to use just one key. That was the hardest part, as most hardware stores will only do the common name brands. Well worth the work in the end!

I used these to update a 1940s cottage and they worked seamlessly. Each set took me about 8 minutes to install, and adjusting the door catch was all the fine tuning needed for the update. The result is a clean modern look to the old doors. Great value!
